Job summary

Our client, a global financial institution, seeks an experienced Custody Client Services Manager for an 18-month contract in their Melbourne office. You will support administrative and relationship management for institutional custody clients, respond to inquiries, coordinate activities, and ensure high service delivery.

You will identify opportunities to enhance client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and assist managers with industry trends and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in custody and asset servicing environments.
• Strong background in financial services or accounting, with a focus on client servicing.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities
