Job summary

One Investment Group (OIG) in Sydney’s CBD seeks a senior Head of Custody to lead day-to-day custody delivery, oversee asset safekeeping, and drive risk controls in a fast-growing wealth infrastructure environment.

You will manage a high-performing team, shape the custody framework, and partner with trustees, entities and banks to deliver world-class custody services while guiding process improvements and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services incl custody/trust/fund ops.
• Experience leading a team of comparable size.
• Deep knowledge of custody operations, asset safekeeping and title registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Custody Services function across all schemes and clients serviced.
• Oversee custody banking and cash operations, asset safekeeping and title handling (PPSR/PEXA).
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and workflow tools in custody processes.
• Manage the custody function's budget and resourcing.
• Support the Head of Corporate Trustee Services on transactions and deal structuring.
• Oversee compliance and assurance processes (GS007).
