Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various curries with authentic Indian taste.
• Prepare and cook food meeting dietary requirements where required.
• Plan menus and adjust existing dishes including pricing while keeping overhead costs minimal.
• Ensure proper seasoning, garnishing, and portion control for all dishes.
• Apply correct freezing and preservation techniques to extend ingredient shelf life without compromising quality.
• Provide support and training to other kitchen staff.
• Address and resolve kitchen-related issues promptly.
• Manage stock including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste.
• Uphold high standards in food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
