Job summary

Hammond Park Secondary College (SC) in Western Australia invites applications for a part-time (0.8FTE), 12-month fixed term School Curriculum Officer. The role supports timetabling, data management and reporting tasks within a busy corporate services team.

The successful candidate will assist with Compass, SIS Timetabling, data integrity and examination scheduling while collaborating with the Executive Team and Head of Operations. A strong ICT and organisational skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• We are seeking applicants with strong time-management, organisational and ICT skills.
• Experience with Compass, SIS Timetabling, SIRS and Reporting to Parents would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Compass administration including daily Integris timetable data uploads and troubleshooting data integrity/upload errors.
• Maintain student, teacher and room timetables through SIS Timetabling with Heads of Instruction, Head of Operations and the Executive team.
• Support the Head of Operations and Associate Principal with maintaining the SIS grid model for Years 7–12.
• Manage Reporting to Parents system and upload School Curriculum and Standards Authority reports to SIRS.
• Prepare examination and testing schedules, room changes, rosters and special exam condition applications for national and school-based exams.
• Assist with data entry of student preferences into SIS for future timetables.
• Provide additional admin and curriculum support to the Head of Operations and Executive Team as required.
