Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Sydney is seeking an Education Development Officer to support the Curriculum Development team with the design, development and review of education programs and curricula. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, supporting curricula and training components in line with approved frameworks.

This 12‑month fixed‑term contract sits within the Curriculum Development team, with a strong emphasis on designing

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience in learning and development.
• Proven ability to design, develop, facilitate and evaluate curricula and training.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
• High level conceptual and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain educational products and curricula.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable plans and products.
• Design, organise, facilitate and evaluate virtual and in-person workshops.
• Support implementation of new or revised training requirements.
• Collaborate on business processes aligning with curricula and platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document stakeholder concerns and monitor change activities.
• Contribute to other education projects as required.
