Job summary

Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Sydney CBD NSW seeks an Education Development Officer to design, develop and review curricula and training components. You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, ensuring alignment with educational frameworks and policies.

This 12‑month fixed‑term role focuses on creating educational products, running workshops, and supporting program implementation within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in adult education, communications or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating curricula and programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical training materials.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain educational products related to curricula and learning activities.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable curricula and resources.
• Design, organise and evaluate virtual and in-person workshops.
• Support implementation of new training requirements and tools.
• Collaborate on business processes aligning with curricula and technology platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other medical colleges.
• Document and monitor changes and report on progress.
