Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited in Sydney invites you to join its Culinary Apprentice Program, a path to a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie. You’ll train in Crown Sydney’s world‑class kitchens and rotate through venues such as Epicurean and Nobu, building hands‑on skills.

Programme runs for 3 years with a full‑time rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings. No prior experience required, just passion and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for cooking and a dedication to learning.
• Willingness to learn, take on feedback and follow directions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Crown Sydney’s culinary venues to gain diverse skills.
