Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join Crown Sydney’s Culinary Apprenticeship Program. You’ll learn under experienced chefs, rotate through the venues, and work toward a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while earning practical hands-on training.

This full-time apprenticeship offers exposure to multiple cuisines, on-the-job coaching, uniforms, staff meals, and progression toward a formal qualification as you complete a 3-year program.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment under supervision.
• Learn different knife and cooking techniques.
• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
