Job summary

Gold Class Accounts is seeking a passionate sales-focused individual with an interest in bookkeeping and accounting to join our growing team. The role offers a part-time arrangement (two days per week) with the flexibility to work from home while driving new business and supporting client relationships.

You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and tailor our services to client needs, reporting to the Director.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving KPI targets on a regular basis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive.
• Ability to build and foster professional relationships.
• Bookkeeping and accounting background preferred; CRM familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing accounts.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional integrity.
• Client outreach via phone, email, and site visits.
• Engage in consultative selling and tailor services to client needs.
• Build relationships and maintain regular contact with clients.
