Coral Expeditions seeks a Master to lead all cruise operations and ensure guest satisfaction by supervising crew and managing ship activities. The role represents the company in all engagements on domestic and international voyages.

You will oversee safety, itineraries, and vessel management while maintaining clear communications with shoreside teams. Essential qualifications include Master Unlimited, survival craft proficiency, crisis management, AMSA medical, and a passport for international

Qualifications

• Must hold an unlimited Master license.
• Proficiency in Survival Craft.
• Experience in crowd control and crisis management.
• International AMSA medical clearance.
• Remote Area First Aid and Advanced CPR.
• ASSB or equivalent discharge book required.
• Passport is mandatory for all international itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew and overall on-board operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee safety management and compliance across voyages.
• Manage itineraries and vessel operations in coordination with Heads of Department.
• Maintain effective communication with shoreside teams and company offices.
• Oversee vessel management and profitability while upholding service standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company professionally.
