Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking a Technical Lead CRM to head the CRM Development team and drive design and development for Dynamics 365-based solutions. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality applications that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a CRM Development role or supporting CRM platforms.
• 7+ years in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications (Sales/Customer Service).
• 7+ years development experience: .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, RESTful APIs.
• Experience leading a team of 4–10 developers to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform services.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience developing PCF controls.
• Excellent client-side development skills.
• Experience with SQL databases is mandatory.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps processes.
• Experience in application design and architecture.
• Significant MVC/multi-tier architecture experience.
• Experience with JSON and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SSIS integration (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM development team to deliver high quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide design and development leadership across Bupa CRM applications.
• Ensure development practices meet business expectations and cloud deployment standards.
