Job summary
Bupa Dental is seeking a Technology Lead for CRM development, focusing on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will lead a team of developers, design and develop CRM solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.
The role emphasizes hybrid work with a mix of office and remote work, leveraging Azure services, DevOps, and BI integrations to drive patient and customer outcomes across Bupa’s CRM applications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 applications, ideally Sales or Customer Service.
- Extensive experience in leading a team of up to 4 to 10 developers to deliver high quality outcomes
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform services
- Experienced with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with SQL Database is mandatory
- Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps processes for building and deploying applications in the cloud
- Experience in application design and architecture
- Experience with JSON and TypeScript
- Understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SSIS integration (desirable)

- Lead the CRM Development team and provide support to team members.
- Deliver high quality CRM development across Dynamics 365 Power Platform.
- Ensure development best practices and architecture meet business objectives.
