Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in software engineering with strong expertise across Microsoft technologies.
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customisation and integration, as part of a broader Microsoft engineering skill set.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of features, enhancements and platform modernisation.
• Provide technical direction and engineering guidance across the software development lifecycle.
• Uplift engineering standards, reduce technical debt and improve delivery capability.
• Champion DevSecOps, automation and AI‑assisted engineering practices across delivery teams.
