Wesfarmers Health is seeking a CRM Manager (B2C) for an 8-month fixed-term contract, mainly covering parental leave. You will report to the Head of Commercial & Marketing and lead customer lifecycle strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign development including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer data structures and segmentation.

• Lead the migration to a new marketing automation platform ensuring data integrity and business adoption.
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding and re-engagement programs.
