Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Digital Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery across marketing, eCommerce and loyalty platforms. You will work with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure reliable, secure and customer-focused technology operations and ongoing service maturity.

You will drive platform stability, performance and governance while coordinating major incidents and change activities to deliver strong customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in technology service delivery or digital platforms
• Experience leading internal teams and vendor partners
• Experience supporting marketing tech, eCommerce, web, CRM and loyalty platforms
• Strong IT service management knowledge (incident, problem, change, release)
• Ability to coordinate major incidents and drive post-incident actions
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, monitoring and analytics
• ITIL/ITSM or COBIT certifications desirable
• Agile/DevOps or vendor management training desirable
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business or information systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service delivery across marketing, eCommerce, web, app, CRM, campaigns and loyalty platforms
• Drive platform stability, performance and governance with continuous improvement
• Manage major incidents and changes to ensure seamless outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, security, data, service desk and vendors to resolve challenges
• Develop internal teams and manage vendor performance and outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, automation and processes
• Partner with technology teams to integrate security controls across apps and infra
• Monitor emerging cyber threats and strengthen security posture
