Job summary

Nature Conservation Council NSW in Sydney, NSW seeks a Part-time Fundraising Officer to grow our regular giving program and manage donor engagement. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, steward donors, and collaborate with the Communications & Fundraising Manager to meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fundraising experience with regular or individual giving programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate marketing or digital campaigns.
• Experience using fundraising databases or CRMs (NationBuilder).
• Strong written and verbal communication to distil campaigns.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a hybrid setup.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-channel acquisition campaigns to recruit new regular donors.
• Implement a stewardship journey to reduce churn and upgrade campaigns.
• Manage donor records and email campaigns within the CRM.
• Draft compelling copy for donor communications and renewal appeals.
• Track and report results to inform strategies.
• Act as main point of contact for regular giving enquiries via phone and email.
