Job summary

ABM Australia is seeking a Supporter Care & CRM Lead to join its Sydney-based fundraising team. You will lead supporter care, strengthen CRM capability, and coordinate donor retention and growth initiatives to deepen engagement with supporters.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will optimise Raiser's Edge NXT for appeals and major giving, drive donor journeys and segmentation, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional supporter experience and sustainable long-term donor

Qualifications

• Experience in not-for-profit fundraising, especially supporter care.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent supporter experience.
• FIA membership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop supporter care initiatives and donor recognition programs.
• Enhance data quality and fundraising processes using Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Design supporter journeys for annual and regular giving.
• Support activities across annual giving, major gifts, bequests and philanthropy.
• Collaborate with fundraising colleagues to improve donor retention and value.
