Orange Sky Laundry is seeking a proactive, data-driven Fundraising Growth role to deliver Individual & Regular Giving programs across Australia and New Zealand. You will focus on campaign execution, digital fundraising and supporter experience, turning strategies into high‑quality donor communications that drive engagement and sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting to the Fundraising Growth Manager and working with the Individual Giving Specialist, you’ll coordinate multi‑channel campaigns,

Qualifications

• Hands-on fundraising, digital fundraising, or individual giving experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital and email fundraising platforms and CRM systems.
• Storytelling ability to connect with donors.
• Analytical and process-oriented with data-driven insights.
• Collaborative with internal teams and external agencies.
• Proactive, creative problem solver who loves Orange Sky's mission.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel campaigns for Individual and Regular Giving across acquisition, appeals, engagement and retention.
• Support Regular Giving to drive sustainable revenue and growth.
• Craft content and assets for campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate fundraising platforms, CRM data processes, and donor journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data insights for optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time.
