We are seeking an CRM Database & Systems Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, operational support and continuous improvement of the Library’s CRM platform.
This role will support current and future departments in the implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of the CRM platform, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers effective stakeholder outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, data management, business systems or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
Experience maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys) and Power Platform components (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
Knowledge of database administration, CRM systems or enterprise business platforms, including data quality, user access, configuration support and operational issue resolution.
Experience with data migration and integration (ability to map, cleanse, and load data from a variety of sources), and data visualisation and analytics (transforming data into actionable insights using Power BI and SQL).
Experience managing data requests, segmentation, extracts, data cleansing, reporting support or system administration activities for business users.
The State Library of NSW is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a whole-of-Library CRM to support fundraising, Library membership, public programs, reader services and communications.
Describe your experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or a comparable CRM or business system. Explain how this experience would help you support a CRM environment designed for a cultural institution rather than a sales-based organisation.
Choose one CRM, database, membership, events, fundraising or other business system you have worked with in depth. Briefly describe your role in supporting or administering that system, the work you personally performed, and how your work helped users, improved data quality, resolved issues or supported business needs.
