Job summary
Auto & General Australia is seeking a data reporting professional to own the end-to-end analytics for our contact centre across telephony and digital channels, turning raw data into reliable datasets and compelling narratives that influence strategy at all levels.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and storytelling, building foundations, discovering what matters, and ensuring insights land with stakeholders from frontline managers to senior executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- Strong SQL and data modelling experience.
- Power BI development with DAX & M language.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and version control.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reporting lifecycle for contact centre data across telephony and digital channels.
- Build scalable data foundations: pipelines, semantic models, and transformations.
