We are seeking a dedicated and proactive CRM data and analytics Manager to join our Revenue & Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement and Product Operations, this role holds overall responsibility for lifting oOh!media’s CRM data governance maturity by ensuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM data is accurate, structured, reportable, and ready to support workflow automation, sales reporting, and future AI/Copilot capabilities.
In this role, you will embody the oOh! Way by driving operational governance of CRM data quality, account hierarchy, duplicate management, and reporting definitions, while building key data visualization dashboards in Power BI.
