Job summary

GMP Law in Sydney, Australia, is expanding its analytics capability. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with the Salesforce Platform Manager, this is a hands-on role to strengthen data and reporting capability for service delivery, performance monitoring and strategic decision making.

You will analyse client, service, contact centre and operational data, delivering high-quality reporting to internal stakeholders and the Board, and leading improvements in data quality, reporting

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker who translates data into practical insights and influences decisions.
• Experienced in engaging stakeholders across the organisation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards used by senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modelling, and data cleaning.
• Track record of improving data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Analysing data across systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Developing data dashboards in Tableau and reports to support decision making.
• Supporting reporting, including tracking performance against targets.
• Improving data quality, consistency, and governance practices across the organisation.
• Leading data and reporting improvement initiatives, including automation and system integration.
