Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking a CRM Coordinator to lead engagement data infrastructure and reporting for marketing and fundraising. You will develop reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions and highlight performance issues.
The role uses Salesforce and HubSpot to support campaigns and will collaborate across the team on BAU work and key projects, reporting to the Communications team.
As the CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for key engagement and data infrastructure to support and report on marketing and fundraising activities. This includes development of reports and dashboards that will play a pivotal part in driving strategic decisions, improve business performance and highlight current issues and challenges.
The role involves working in Salesforce and HubSpot to support fundraising and marketing activities, and will work closely with the team in both business-as-usual work and in special projects providing subject matter expertise.
