Job summary

Uniting Victoria and Tasmania is seeking a strategic coordinator to drive cross‑sector collaboration for families in Victoria. You will lead area coordination, bringing together services and teams to create seamless support pathways that improve outcomes for children and families.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, system change, and a high‑influence, low‑caseload environment within a progressive, values‑led organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or a related discipline.
• Sound understanding of the child and family service system in Victoria, including demonstrated knowledge of relevant government policies and legislation.
• Current Drivers Licence valid for Victoria

Your skills and experience

You will bring with you:
