ING is expanding its in-house CRM Marketing Automation team and seeks a hands-on Marketing CRM Automation Specialist to design, build, test and deploy personalised email and SMS communications at scale. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, templates, data flows and platform best practices to drive engagement and efficiency.

This execution-focused role rewards ownership, attention to detail, prioritisation and delivering campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven HTML skills with experience building and maintaining email communications and marketing assets.
• SQL and analytical skills are advantageous, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test and deploy personalised email and SMS communications using CRM and customer engagement platforms.
• Create and maintain sustainable, reusable communication templates and assets that support efficient campaign delivery.
• Manage end-to-end communication builds, including audience selection, dynamic content, data flows and campaign execution.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into effective customer communications.
• Continuously improve templates, processes and platform best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
