Working within a hybrid delivery model in Australia, you will own end-to-end analysis and design for the TechnologyOne Student Management System and CX suite, collaborating with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions align

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis of complex business problems to design scalable, enterprise level systems and processes.
• Own functional design, system configurations, integrations, and user stories for core enterprise apps.
• Partner with senior leaders, technical leads and vendors to align solutions with strategy.
• Incorporate Scrum Master responsibilities including ticket management, workflow coordination and sprint oversight.
• Mentor junior functional analysts to uplift capability across the delivery team.

The Role

Working within a hybrid delivery model, you will drive discovery, requirements architecture, and continuous improvement across core enterprise applications. Key accountabilities include:

• Leading end to end analysis of complex business problems to design scalable, enterprise level systems and process solutions.


• Owning functional design, system configurations, integrations, and user stories for the TechnologyOne Student Management System and CX suite.


• Partnering directly with senior business leaders, technical leads, and vendors to align technical solutions with organisational strategy.


• Incorporating Scrum Master type responsibilities including ticket management, workflow coordination, and sprint process oversight.


• Mentoring junior functional analysts to uplift capability across the broader delivery team.
