Jetstar is seeking a Manager, Crewing & Recovery based at our Jetstar Headquarters in Docklands. You will lead the Crewing and Training Recovery functions across Flying Operations and Cabin Crew, ensuring flights are efficiently resourced and delivered per policy, reporting to the Senior Manager Workforce Planning Operations.

You will manage a team, coordinate with third-party support, and drive rostering outcomes while controlling costs and maintaining safety.

Qualificações

• 7+ years’ experience in airline operations.
• 3–5 years leading teams.
• Strong experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organisational and influencing skills at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Crewing & Recovery with a focus on training and operational requirements.
• Oversee all crewing-related third-party support, including travel, accommodation and transport.
• Oversee onshore and offshore crew training and development.
• Monitor crew compliance with industrial, regulatory and company requirements.
