Job summary

Frog Recruitment partnered client in the financial services sector seeks an experienced Credit Control & Collections Officer for a temporary assignment in Sydney. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment plans and support recoveries with a customer-first, commercially minded approach.

You'll work within a collaborative Collections team, liaising with customers via phone, email and SMS, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to broader recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

I'm currently partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing financial services organisation to recruit a Credit Control & Collections Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Collections team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of later-stage arrears accounts, working closely with customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and achieve positive commercial outcomes.

This position would suit an experienced collections professional who is confident navigating challenging conversations, enjoys problem-solving and can balance customer service with commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
