Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, accounts payable, or project finance.
• Extremely detail-oriented and financially astute.
• Able to manage high volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction, infrastructure, or energy project experience preferred.
• Confident to question figures and flag discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier and contractor invoices.

A major renewable energy company is seeking a highly capable Credit Controller to support a large-scale wind farm project based in Geelong. This is a key role focused on protecting the financial integrity of the project during construction and operational phases.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every incoming invoice is thoroughly checked, validated, and compliant before approval.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing all supplier and contractor invoices
• Checking invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and agreed rates
• Identifying discrepancies, incorrect charges, or missing documentation
• Raising and resolving queries with contractors and internal stakeholders
