Job summary

Hollard Insurance invites applications for a Credit Control Officer – 12 Month Max Term in North Sydney. The role focuses on managing intermediary/broker accounts, resolving overdue debtors and unallocated cash, while supporting the finance team with reporting and process improvements.

You will work in a hybrid environment, liaising with system owners to clear variances and negotiate for information. Prior experience in high-volume transaction processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with high transaction volume processing and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and administration skills to meet month-end targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to confidently negotiate to obtain necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing management of allocated intermediary/broker accounts by reviewing and clearing overdue policies, as per credit terms and team/company processes.
• Investigating unallocated cash transactions and other variances on intermediary accounts to resolve/clear these transactions.
• Maintaining Customer Service Standards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Performing administrative and reporting tasks within credit control team to meet month-end deadlines.
• Assisting with creation of procedures and policies.
