Job summary

News Corp Australia is launching The Talent Lab and seeks a visionary Talent & PR Manager to lead campaigns, craft amplification strategies, and coach journalists to connect with audiences across our brands.

You'll build a data-driven approach to talent identification, manage campaign logistics and negotiations, coordinate with external agencies, and drive consumer revenue through authentic storytelling and training.

Qualifications

Strong background in PR, talent management, or media relations.
Familiar with TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Ability to secure and manage media campaigns and briefs.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent & PR campaigns end-to-end.
Craft strategic recommendations for talent amplification in response to briefs aligned with business outcomes.
Identify and negotiate with internal journalists and external creators for campaigns and editorial opportunities.
Coordinate talent logistics for activations, including briefing documents and asset delivery.
Support the Talent Lab Academy with workshop coordination and participant communications.
Manage and maintain media monitoring and reporting for campaigns.
Assist with onboarding and managing external PR agencies.
Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members.
