Job summary

Glitch Productions seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to be the first line of technical support for artists and staff. You will keep hardware, software, and infrastructure running, supporting tools like Maya, Unreal, Toon Boom, and Adobe CC.

You’ll work with a global support team to balance priorities and ensure smooth production workflows. The role covers on-site and remote support, Office hardware, security, and the specialised creative software our artists rely on.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting hardware and software issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Office hardware and AV equipment.
• Familiarity with CG/animation software pipelines and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for artists and staff.
• Repair and maintenance of office hardware and AV equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot CG/animation software suites (Maya, Unreal, Toon Boom).
• Manage user accounts and group policies (AD).
• Maintain cyber security measures and AV across on-site and remote users.
• Record inventory of software/hardware and update documentation.
