Job summary

Best Kitchens is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to turn client ideas into functional, stylish spaces. You will conduct on-site or in-house consultations, design kitchens and joinery, and collaborate with a design team to deliver quoted plans and elevations.

The role requires strong creative flair, the ability to work under tight schedules, and a passion for helping clients realise their visions with up-to-date materials and finishes.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a Kitchen Designing position.
• Able to work as part of a large team and individually as well as unsupervised.
• Sales motivated and enthusiastic.
• Able to draw up plans/elevations.
• Have good product knowledge on available materials and accessories.
• Ability to work under tight time frames and schedules.
• Be able to adapt to a variety of clientele and design styles and situations.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen and joinery designing.
• This job entails you, the designer, showing your creative flair and helping clients make their ideas a reality.
• You will carry out on site and/or in-house consultations for the required space for all clients whether it be a kitchen, laundry, walk in wardrobes or other detailed joinery.
• Draw up designs to be quoted and work as part of a larger design team.
