Qualifications

• Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery (desirable).
• Experience with high-volume cooking and diverse cuisines.
• Strong communication and understanding of liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned section as directed by the Sous Chef.
• Assist with fundamental cooking and food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
