Job summary

Roogenic, Fremantle, WA, is seeking a hands-on Content Creator & Paid Social Creative Specialist. You will own paid social creative production and organic social content, collaborating with an established marketing team.

You'll deliver short-form video campaigns for Meta, craft engaging hooks, scripts, and product demonstrations, and translate performance insights into stronger creative. This part-time role offers flexibility and room to experiment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in content creation, video production, social media creative or a similar role.
• Strong video filming and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Experience producing creative for Meta advertising, with hooks, pacing, storytelling and creative testing.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva or similar creative tools.
• Ability to produce multiple creative variations efficiently and own the process from ideation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• 75% Paid Social Creative Production: Develop engaging concepts for Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram); film, edit and produce high-quality short-form video ads.
• Create hooks, scripts, product demos, educational and lifestyle content; transform footage/UGC into fresh assets; produce variations for testing.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate campaign objectives and insights into stronger creative; own the end-to-end production.
