Job summary

Searchability® in Brisbane is seeking a Content Creator to own paid and organic social content across Meta and TikTok, while growing an affiliate community and a pipeline of user-generated content (UGC). This hybrid Brisbane role blends collaboration with flexible work arrangements and a focus on performance.

You’ll test new creative angles, spot trends, craft hooks and scripts, edit short-form video, and monitor performance metrics to turn scroll-stopping content into sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media or creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid social creative and what makes content convert.
• Hands-on video editing using CapCut or similar.
• Experience using Canva to create engaging social assets.
• Understanding of Meta and TikTok performance metrics.
• Experience with affiliate or influencer platforms.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest business tools.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing paid social content for Meta and TikTok, developing hooks, scripts and creative angles that drive engagement and conversions.
• Concept, film and edit short-form video for paid and organic campaigns.
• Test and optimise creative by reviewing performance metrics, identifying what works and applying insights to future content.

Salary: $90K to $110K + Super

Are you a content creator who knows the difference between content that looks good and content that actually drives sales?

We’re looking for a creative, performance‑minded Content Creator to join a growing Australian retail brand, taking ownership of paid and organic social content across Meta and TikTok, while helping build a strong affiliate community and pipeline of user‑generated content (UGC).

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
