Job summary

Artisti Coffee Roasters Pty in Australia seeks a creative, commercially minded content lead. You will plan, shoot, direct, edit and publish weekly YouTube videos, then build social content, ads and print material to drive customers to buy.

You will plan a year of content, guide on-camera presenters, and ensure published work provides a clear path to purchase in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in content, social and digital marketing with ecommerce
• Proven ability to film, edit and publish polished YouTube content end-to-end
• Strong photography and design eye
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Experience with Google Ads and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Plan a 12-month YouTube calendar with supporting social content
• Script, photograph, film, direct, edit and publish one video per week
• Coach presenters on camera across topics and channels
• Launch every video with cross-platform content and call-to-action
• Run weekly Live-Streams
• Create social content across platforms including reels
• Respond to comments and passes inquiries to team
• Track performance in Google Analytics and ads reports
• Curate content for product pages and online store
• Design labels and in-store signage in Canva/Illustrator
