Applicants should have at least one year in a commercial kitchen, be versatile, and hold Australian work rights; a Cert 3/4 in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded. Flexible rosters including nights and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• A passionate and enthusiastic food lover.
• At least 1 year experience in a fast paced commercial kitchen.
• Cert 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery is looked upon favourably.
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucket loads of it!
• An unwavering focus on occupational health & safety.
• Available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends.
• Have Australian work rights.
