Qualifications

• Experience in workforce allocation, labour hire, recruitment or crane operations.
• Strong understanding of crane and lifting industry requirements.

• Experience building relationships with clients and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and coordinate crane-related personnel across multiple projects and clients.
• Manage daily bookings, roster changes, mobilisation and workforce logistics.
• Coordinate placements for tower crane operators, mobile crane operators, dogmen, riggers, crane crew and lift supervisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensure shifts are covered with suitably qualified personnel.
• Manage client enquiries and workforce requirements.
• Assist with business development and account growth opportunities.
• Monitor timesheets, attendance and workforce performance.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Cranes & Associated Roles Allocator to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for coordinating and allocating skilled personnel across crane and lifting operations, ensuring our clients receive reliable, qualified resources when they need them. Working closely with clients and field personnel, you'll play a key role in maintaining project coverage and delivering exceptional service.

Offering flexibility to work from home or from our Broadbeach office, this position comes with a competitive salary and an attractive uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate and coordinate crane-related personnel across multiple projects and clients.
• Manage daily bookings, roster changes, mobilisation and workforce logistics.
• Coordinate placements for:
  • Tower Crane Operators
  • Mobile Crane Operators
  • Dogmen
  • Riggers
  • Crane Crew
  • Lift Supervisors
  • Other associated lifting and crane personnel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensure all shifts are covered with suitably qualified personnel.
• Manage client enquiries and workforce requirements.
• Assist with business development and account growth opportunities.
