Job summary

Worksforyou is recruiting on behalf of a large construction company in the ACT for experienced Crane Operators / Dogmen to work across major projects. The role requires 3–10 years of industry experience and valid crane licenses, with dogging high risk work and rigging qualifications.

You will safely operate cranes, perform dogging and rigging duties, and coordinate with crane crews while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years’ experience as crane operator and dogman.
• Current crane operating licenses.
• Current dogging high risk work license.
• Rigging qualifications and experience.
• Experience across construction, infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of lifting procedures and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude.
• Ability to pass site medicals, drug and alcohol testing, where required.
• White Card and reliable transport.

About the Role

Worksforyou is recruiting on behalf of a large and well-established construction company operating in the ACT. We are seeking experienced and reliable Crane Operators / Dogmento join a professional construction team and work across major construction and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidates will have between3 and 10 years of industry experience, hold the required crane operating licenses, and possess all relevant dogging and rigging tickets.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate cranes in accordance with site and legislative requirements
