Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant at the Marrickville clinic to enhance patient care and manage sleep apnea treatments.

You will conduct sleep assessments, guide CPAP equipment setup, provide follow-up care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while promoting our services.

• Experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations including titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing
• Advise on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
• Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing patient support
• Educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
• Promote and upsell our product range and services
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
• Handle stock management and administration tasks

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

We are currently looking for a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at the Marrickville clinic. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments for our patients.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
• Promote and upsell our product range and services
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
• Administration tasks including but not limited to stock management
