Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking an administrative support specialist to assist the commercial activity and patient services. You will be the first point of contact for clients and help coordinate contract management and service delivery.

You will conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide CPAP setup guidance, follow-up appointments, and education to patients and families. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, strong listening, and comfortable learning new software.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or any customer-facing role.
• A warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements.
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell our product range and services.
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
