Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join the West Burleigh team. You will support patients, educate on CPAP therapy, and collaborate with physicians to tailor treatments.

This role suits a proactive, service‑driven person with retail or healthcare experience, strong communication, and organisational skills. Base salary with incentive bonuses and career development opportunities across Air Liquide.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient interactions.
  • Interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Initial point of contact for new and existing clients.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing.
  • Guide on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements.
  • Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing patient support.
  • Educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
  • Promote and upsell product range and services.
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services.

We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

We are currently looking for an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at the West Burleigh.

In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments for our patients This position would be a great fit for a proactive individual who is passionate about providing excellent service in the area of obstructive sleep apnea management.

As a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored and effective treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
  • Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
  • Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
