Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant at our Morphett Vale clinic to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments for patients. You will work with physicians to create tailored treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and support CPAP setup and ongoing care.

The role emphasizes patient education, collaboration with healthcare teams, and opportunities for career development within the Air Liquide group.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements.
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures and available treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell our product range and services.
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.
• Administration tasks including but not limited to stock management.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. We are currently looking for a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at the Morphett Vale clinic.

In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments for our patients. As a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored and effective treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
