Job summary

Magistrates' Court of Victoria in Geelong seeks an experienced Case Manager to deliver advanced, client-centred support to individuals involved in the court system. Qualifications

• Diploma level qualification in social work, psychology, welfare or related discipline.
• Experience delivering case management to clients with complex needs (mental health, disability, AOD, homelessness).
• Strong knowledge of social/health systems and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Experience writing professional reports and case notes; evidence-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strengths-based case management to clients with complex psychosocial needs.
• Assess and develop tailored support plans and coordinate referrals to services.
• Identify and manage risks with harm-minimisation strategies.
• Prepare high-quality court reports and provide advice as required.
• Build partnerships with service providers, court staff, and judiciary.
• Contribute to practice improvements to improve client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with standards and policies.
