Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd invites Expressions of Interest for Course Coordinator – Community Services across Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney campuses. The role focuses on coordinating the Bachelor of Community Services and supporting academic staff to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will drive curriculum quality, teaching excellence and student outcomes, while supporting governance, quality assurance and accreditation

Qualifications

• AQF Level 9 (Master's) or higher in Community Work, Social Welfare, Human Services, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum three years' relevant full-time industry experience in Community Services.
• Higher education experience in course coordination, academic leadership or program management.
• Strong knowledge of higher education teaching, assessment, curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Understanding TEQSA, Higher Education Standards Framework and the National Code 2018.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain state clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating course delivery and supporting academic staff.
• Driving curriculum quality, teaching excellence and student outcomes.
• Monitoring course performance and identifying improvements.
• Supporting academic governance, quality assurance and accreditation requirements, including TEQSA and Community Work Australia standards.
• Building strong relationships with students, academics and industry stakeholders.
