Job summary

UP Education, in Australia, is seeking Expressions of Interest for Course Coordinator – Community Services across Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney campuses. You will coordinate course delivery, support academic staff, and drive curriculum quality to enhance student outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of higher education experience in course coordination or program management.

Qualifications

• AQF Level 9 (Master's degree) in Community Work, Social Welfare, Human Services, Social Work or related discipline.
• Minimum three years' relevant full-time industry experience in Community Services or related sector.
• Experience in course coordination, academic leadership or program management in higher education.
• Knowledge of TEQSA, Higher Education Standards Framework and National Code 2018.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating course delivery and supporting academic staff.
• Driving curriculum quality, teaching excellence and student outcomes.
• Monitoring course performance and identifying improvements.
• Supporting academic governance, quality assurance and accreditation requirements, including TEQSA and Community Work Australia standards.
• Building strong relationships with students, academics and industry stakeholders.
