Job summary

Acknowledge Education is seeking Expressions of Interest for Course Coordinator – Community Services across our Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney campuses. This role supports academic staff and coordinates the Bachelor of Community Services program to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

You will drive curriculum quality, assessment standards and student outcomes, while engaging with students, staff and industry partners to uphold TEQSA and National Code requirements.

Qualifications

• AQF Level 9 or higher in Community Work, Social Welfare, Human Services, Social Work or closely related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ full-time industry experience in Community Services or related sector.
• Higher education experience in course coordination, academic leadership or program management.
• Strong knowledge of higher education teaching, assessment, curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Understanding of TEQSA, HES Framework and National Code 2018.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain state clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating course delivery and supporting academic staff.
• Driving curriculum quality, teaching excellence and student outcomes.
• Monitoring course performance and identifying improvements.
• Supporting academic governance, quality assurance and accreditation requirements, including TEQSA and Community Work Australia standards.
• Building strong relationships with students, academics and industry stakeholders.
