Job summary

GT-EX is seeking a Courier Driver & Operations Support to join our Mascot-based Sydney operation. You will perform daily pickups and deliveries across Metro Sydney, and help sort freight at the Mascot depot with time-critical deliveries when needed.

We offer stable hours, a company vehicle for personal use, and hands-on leadership. Training and growth opportunities into senior driver or supervisory roles are available, with certifications supported as you progress.

Qualifications

• Confident driving and navigation skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and a collaborative team member.
• Valid full Class C driver's licence; experience in courier or freight is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pickup and delivery runs across Metro Sydney.
• Process and sort freight at Mascot depot (morning and afternoon).
• Handle time-critical, point-to-point deliveries when required.
• Transfer freight to third-party partners and maintain safety standards.

We’re now looking for a Courier Driver & Operations Support team member to join our Mascot-based Sydney operation.

We’re open to both full-time employees and contractors, including owner-drivers with their own vehicle or contractors using a GT-EX supplied vehicle.

This isn’t a “head-down, drop-and-go” courier role. You’ll be part of a tight, professional team where your contribution is noticed, your opinion matters, and your work genuinely supports the businesses we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing

About You

• Confident behind the wheel, with strong navigation skills
• Friendly, reliable and detail-oriented
• A team player who takes pride in doing things properly
• Full Class C driver’s licence (no provisional licences)
• Previous courier, freight or air cargo experience is a plus — but not essential
  We’ll provide training and support if you’re new to the industry
• Australian citizen or permanent resident

Note: You’ll need to pass background checks to obtain an ASIC due to aviation security requirements.
