A varied, hands-on role combining warehouse operations with HVAC sales and estimating support.

Bendigo Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services is an established heating, cooling and refrigeration business servicing residential and commercial customers throughout Bendigo and surrounding areas.

We're looking for an organised, motivated and technically minded Warehouse & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of warehouse operations but also has an interest in HVAC products, sales and estimating.

Unlike a traditional warehouse position, this role offers variety, combining practical day-to-day responsibilities with the opportunity to assist our domestic sales team in preparing quotations and estimates.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently, our installation teams have the materials they need and our stock is accurately managed.

Alongside these responsibilities, you’ll work closely with our sales team to assist with preparing domestic air conditioning quotations.

Warehouse & Operations

Oversee daily warehouse operations, deliveries and stock movements.

Receive, check and organise incoming equipment and materials.

Prepare and verify equipment and materials for upcoming installation jobs.

Ensure technicians have the correct materials and equipment ready ahead of scheduled works.

Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks and arrange replenishment.

Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, stock availability and deliveries.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.

Respond promptly to urgent material requests and operational priorities.

Assist with preparing domestic air conditioning quotations.

Obtain supplier pricing for equipment and materials.

Prepare draft quotations and estimates using Simpro.

Assist with equipment selections, material lists and estimated installation costs.

Review site visit information and identify any missing details required for quotations.

Help prepare and update customer quotations for review by the sales team.

Support timely quotation preparation, allowing our sales team to focus on customer enquiries and site visits.

Warehouse and operational responsibilities will remain the priority, with sales and estimating support forming an important part of the role.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in warehousing, stock control, stores or operational coordination.

Ideally has knowledge of HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or a related trade.

Is organised, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of daily responsibilities.

Has good computer skills and attention to detail.

Is confident communicating with suppliers, technicians and colleagues.

Can manage competing priorities and work independently.

Has an interest in technical products, pricing and preparing quotations.

Experience with Simpro, HVAC estimating or a current forklift licence would be highly regarded.
